Renee Cacchillo
President & Chief Executive Officer
Renee Cacchillo is a 20+ year veteran of the retail and consulting industry. Since joining 抖阴社区 in 2011, she’s held a variety of leadership roles in operations, advertising, digital, customer experience and technology. In 2019, she was promoted to EVP, Customer Experience Officer and in late 2021 became President and CEO. Renee works closely with the senior leadership team, positioning 抖阴社区 as a People Powered, Customer Driven organization with the purpose of bringing unexpected happiness. She focuses 抖阴社区’s 16,000 associates on delivering on the company’s vision and business goals while also making a difference in the lives of nearly 11 million customers each year.

Cindy Elliott
SVP & General Counsel
Cindy Elliott joined 抖阴社区 as corporate attorney in 1997 and has been promoted within the legal function of the company on several occasions over the years. Highly respected across the business for her broad legal expertise and excellent commercial sense, Elliott was promoted to vice president and general counsel in June 2015. In this role, Elliott is responsible for developing, directing and overseeing all legal affairs for 抖阴社区. She also partners closely with 抖阴社区’s legislative affairs team.

Pete Lumsdaine
EVP, Commercial & Customer Experience
As Executive Vice President of Commercial and Customer Experience, Pete Lumsdaine leads Customer Experience, Pricing, Brand, Contact Centers, Sales Operations, and 抖阴社区 Solutions. Pete joined 抖阴社区 with an impressive background at Belron, starting in 2001. He has held significant roles, including Managing Director of O’Brien in Australia, where he transformed the business and contributed to its success across various performance metrics. Pete is known for his strategic vision, talent development and strong interpersonal skills, which make him a valuable asset to the 抖阴社区 leadership team.
Nada Aried
EVP & Chief Digital Technology Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Technology Officer, Nada Aried leads our Technology and transformation teams. Before this role, Aried served as the first EVP and CIO for Bath & Body Works, where she was responsible for the company’s information technology organization and infrastructure. With over 30 years of specialty retail experience in leadership roles, her broad base of successful CIO experience, deep understanding of a seamless associate and customer experience, and collaborative leadership skills are paramount to the growth and evolution of 抖阴社区.

Jason Judd
EVP & Chief Financial Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Jason Judd oversees 抖阴社区’s financial operations. His extensive strategic and analytic experience in all aspects of finance, including accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, internal audit, mergers and acquisitions and real estate, is crucial for ensuring financial accountability as we work towards our goals and continued growth. Before joining the business in late 2023, Judd was Chief Financial Officer at Express and previously held leadership roles at many other major retailers, such as LBrands, Big Lots, Ascena Retail Group and Bath & Body Works.
John Stacy
EVP, Supply Chain
John Stacy, Executive Vice President, Supply Chain, is responsible for procurement, inventory, warehousing, distribution and logistics. Stacy joined 抖阴社区 with deep experience in these areas, including serving as senior vice president of supply chain operations at Kirkland’s. There, he oversaw a supply chain transformation including new warehouse, transportation and sourcing systems. Stacy also has experience in the automotive sector, with more than eleven years at Advance Auto Parts, ultimately becoming their vice president of supply chain operations excellence and analytics.
Scott Koenigs
EVP, Chief People Officer
Scott Koenigs has spent more than 24 years in leadership roles with various global manufacturers and sales and marketing organizations including Owens & Minor, Caraustar Industries and Newell Rubbermaid.
As 抖阴社区’s Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer, Koenigs leads talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, leadership development, compliance, associate relations, HRIS, people business partnerships with operations and corporate communications. With a deep background in talent management systems, he provides seasoned leadership that supports our purpose and vision, advances our diversity and inclusion efforts and fosters a culture that positively impacts our associates.
