I’m having trouble using your website.

We are sorry you are having difficulty using RegularGnoll.com. We are constantly working to improve customer experience, so if there is anything you feel we can do to improve the site, please contact us or chat with us live using the messenger feature on the bottom left hand of the home page.

I can’t see the product pictures on my iPhone. What do I do?

Try clearing your history and website data. To do this, go to:
Settings > Safari > Clear History & Website Data.

I want to return my purchase. What do I do?


For in-stock purchases:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Regular Gnoll you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Merchandise returned worn or damaged may not qualify for a refund.

For custom purchases:
For custom creations, the Regular Gnoll only accepts returns if the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

Can I exchange my order instead of refunding it?

You have the option of exchanging an eligible order instead of returning it for a refund. This option does not apply to custom pieces. An exchange requires the original order to be returned to the Regular Gnoll within 14 days. The replacement item will be sent out upon receipt of the item you wish to exchange.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 3-5 business days for us to receive your package, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for it to post to your account.

Where is my order?

You should usually receive a purchase that is in stock within 1-2 days of dispatch in the UK. Custom items have a lead time of up to 2 weeks. We send all items 1st class signed for and recorded for UK purchases.

Internationall shipments are sent also tracked and signed for, and can take about a week from dispatch.

Please note COVID-19 is having an affect on shipping so there may be some delays.

How much is shipping?

Your shipping will be calculated at checkout, depending on the size and destination of your purchase.

What do you do with my saved data?

We only store your data in order to send your order to you, to help you keep a record of your purchase history in the accounts section and to send you our newsletter (if you opted into receiving it).

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, and all major forms of credit and debit card via stripe payment processing software.

General Questions

Are there RegularGnoll.com gift certificates and/or gift cards?

We currently do not supply gift certificates or gift cards, but please contact us if you wish to purchase a present for someone and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you do back orders?

Yes. If you purchase an item that is on back order, you will be notified at checkout.

Do you have a catalog?

We only have a virtual catalogue in the form of our shop. To view our range click here.

How can I write a review on a product?

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on one of our products. To do this, simply navigate to the product page and post a message at the bottom. Alternatively you can contact us and we will upload your comments for you.

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?

A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web site and is stored on your computer’s hard drive.
