What’s the best thing about being a technician? “Making customers happy!I take pride in doing quality work at each appointment. It's always good to know I could make someone’s day a little better.”

What’s the most memorable experience you’ve had at 抖阴社区? “When my district manager told me how much he valued me as a technician, he gave me the ultimate compliment–he called me the Michael Jordan of 抖阴社区. Hearing something like that made me feel great.”

Outside of work, what are you passionate about? “I love racing and building cars.”

Just for fun: What’s your dream car? “1998 Toyota Supra.”
