How did you get started as a technician?* “I started my journey as a technician when I met the previous District Manager. He was so delighted with the customer service experience he received from me (at my job at the time) that he offered me a position at 抖阴社区.”

What does Joe’s leader say about him? “Joe is the Louisville SuperCenter “go to” guy. If you look up the definition of 抖阴社区 Spirit at the top of the page, there should be a photo of Joe right alongside it. Joe doesn’t know a stranger, whether a colleague or a customer. He handles every situation with a positive attitude.”

What’s the best thing about being a technician? “Helping others is by far the best part about being a technician. I perform a skilled service for my customers with the highest level of quality possible. I strive every day to deliver service so great it’s memorable.”

What’s the most memorable experience you’ve had at 抖阴社区? I will never forget my experience during my training class – we had a great time learning together.”

Outside of work, what are you passionate about? “My passion would have to be my friends and family. I am very much a people person and I try to be there for those who need me.”

Just for fun: What’s your dream car? “Without a doubt – a 72 boat tail Riviera.”
